I have tried many other email services, and I feel that Mailtrust does a far better job of controlling spam and maintaining reliability. Mailtrust's tech support is the best I have ever encountered in any company. Although, I seldom have to contact your Tech Support Department, it is comforting to know that they are an email or call away, and that they will respond rapidly with a solution.

I don't use an email client on my desktop, preferring to access the Mailtrust Webmail site. I use a Blackberry to access that email as well. Mailtrust's nearly flawless uptime and excellent reliability is extremely important to me.

Avilar had struggled sustaining an Exchange server for a number of years. The solution was complex, the engineering hours were mounting, and fixing problems became increasingly difficult. Bankwest of Kansas

We are a community bank in Northwest Kansas and have a total of 4 locations. We decided to use Mailtrust because we did not want to manage our own mail server and Mailtrust offered the solution that fit our needs. Sabre Foods imports foods from around the world to supply some of the biggest US grocers with products. Our main focus is developing Organic products that retailers sell under their store brand.

We have a team of 6 people that are in 3 different offices and must communicate not only with our customers across the USA but with our suppliers around the globe. Email is the core communication tool for our business given that all of our orders, contracts and regular communication depend on email. In fact we have our faxes sent to us via email and our voicemail is also delivered via email.

We have setup our own domain name - Sabrefoods.com that provide us a professional email appearance and we use Noteworthy's alias features to create group email addresses so people can easily send one email to the entire company.

Additionally, to keep in contact on the road, we use BlackBerries. These work well with the Noteworthy service and provide us the ability to keep in touch while traveling in the USA or during frequent trips abroad.

Service for the Noteworthy service has been excellent over the past 3+ years we have used it. The uptime has been amazing and when we do have a question or concern, the helpdesk quickly answers all messages and has resolved things very quickly.

I have recommended the service to several other small business owners as a great, reliable and inexpensive solution for email.
