Customer Care

We provide immediate support to all designated email administrators on a 24x7x365 basis. Email administrators can be designated in the customer control panel. Please use one of the following methods:

Email Admins can email our Customer Care team directly and expect an immediate response. This is by far the best way to reach us for a timely response to your problem.*
Control Panel Admins can login to their control panel to make a request for support and expect an immediate response. We strive to answer all control panel inquiries immediately.*
Voicemail Administrators can leave a voicemail with us by calling toll-free 866-392-3336, x1. Please be as detailed as possible; include your phone number at the beginning of your message, as well as your company name and your contact name. We will call you back as quickly as we get your message.
