I've done a lot of thinking about the things that make this place, this job, and these people, stand out in my mind as the greatest employment experience I've had. There's an energetic environment here that I have never experienced anywhere else. People genuinely love the work they do, and I've found out why: there's so much opportunity for personal and professional growth. In short, Mailtrust excels at finding the right people – people who are geeks like me, motivated and inquisitive – nd giving them tasks to complete that are just barely outside their comfort zone. Then, the employees learn and grow to take over ever-bigger responsibilities, projects, and ideas. It's so refreshing to ditch the mentality of "maintain the status-quo" and instead adopt that of "always push the envelope" – to be in an environment where there aren't "things we can't do", there are only "things we haven't done yet."

I have learned more in the short time I've worked at Mailtrust than I have in the previous several years, and I know that in a while, I'll go back and find this testimonial on the website, and think how much more I've learned since I wrote this. When you add this kind of intellectual stimulation with the work-hard-play-hard mentality that we have here as a group, what you have is not so much a company as a group of friends, working on a common goal – and a place where people look forward to the journey as much as the destination.
