I love my job. No question about it. I truly enjoy coming into the office and getting to work with such a talented group of amazing people. I really do enjoy myself here at Mailtrust.

Being a high school student, I was skeptical of how I would be treated. I wasn't sure what kind of respect I would get being the youngest, least experienced member of the team. After a short period of being the new kid in the office, I can now say I feel like a full member of the architecture development team. I am not written off as some useless part-time kid, but am considered an integral part of our team. I am even being trusted with developing vital parts of our system.

My friends at school are understandably jealous of my position here at Mailtrust. Since starting as a Software Developer in January of 2008, I have immensely improved my programming knowledge. As if that wasn't enough, I have made numerous new friends. The Mailtrust team really is one big family. Everybody supports everyone else and helps out with whatever they can. The experience I have over my peers when I finally get out of school will push me straight to the top.

Mailtrust is the perfect place for me. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are intelligent and always helpful, and I am not only improving myself as a programmer, but also as a person.
