When I started in Customer Care at Mailtrust, I wasn't sure what to expect. Having worked technical support before, I did not have high hopes for my job satisfaction. That changed within minutes of walking in on my first day. I was amazed; people at Mailtrust actually liked their jobs. I quickly found that this passion is contagious both in and out of work.

I'm often asked my favorite aspect of working at Mailtrust, and I've realized that one of my favorite parts about being here is not being here. The reason for this is because Mailtrust people do so much together outside of work that our relationships are more in line with a family than an office. With pool league, parties, playing games, seeing movies, going out, staying in, I am never without friends and family at Mailtrust.

Mailtrust provides me with the opportunity to do my best everyday. I can make customers happy all day and relax with my coworkers during my free time. Knowing that I have the support I need both in and out of work has helped me improve both myself and the experience for the customer. I finally have a job I can look forward to coming to everyday.
