Yes. Exchange users won't appear in the list of Noteworthy users normally used to create an alias or a group list, but both aliases and group lists have areas where other email addresses can be added and that is the best way to add Exchange mailboxes as members.
Yes. Exchange mailboxes start at 1GB and can grow to 10GB — though Microsoft does not recommend going over 5GB in some circumstances. Noteworthy mailboxes are 10GB by default.
There is no direct way to do this. If a user has a mailbox on both Exchange and Noteworthy, that user can use the Outlook Sync plugin for Noteworthy to pull the Noteworthy calendar into Outlook and Exchange, including visibility into shared calendars.
